Description

  • Concept, design, and animate motion assets across brand, product, and marketing surfaces.
  • Produce work for a range of outputs including brand films, social content, campaign spots, product UI, and event videos.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and producers to develop and execute creative animation concepts.
  • Create and document motion principles and build a flexible, scalable motion system.
  • Explore and develop new techniques, transitions, and visual languages to keep motion work fresh and forward-looking.
  • Prepare and deliver assets optimized for web, social, product, and events.
  • Support product and marketing teams with motion best practices and perform technical QA on motion implementations.
  • Own projects from concept through delivery, ensuring precision and creative quality.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or related creative production.
  • Advanced proficiency with After Effects, Figma (including Figma animation pipeline), and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Portfolio demonstrating range across brand films, social animation, UI motion, and campaign work.
  • Strong grasp of timing, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent design sensibility with the ability to build from existing systems or create new ones.
  • Ability to take projects from concept through delivery with attention to detail and creative problem solving.
  • Collaborative, curious mindset and a drive to push work beyond expectations.
  • Familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D/generative tools (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base pay range $113,500–$157,000 USD.
  • Total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE), with opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
