Description

  • Own the Teramind Endpoint Agent roadmap, priorities, and outcomes end to end.
  • Decide what ships, in what order, and why across Windows, macOS, Linux, and future platforms.
  • Translate executive strategy, customer input, sales feedback, and engineering signals into an executable technical roadmap.
  • Lead roadmap decisions that balance customer features, platform modernization, performance, and security hardening.
  • Own enterprise agent capabilities focused on invisibility, tamper resistance, stealth deployment, and resilience in hostile environments.
  • Set and defend performance, footprint, and reliability standards for the agent.
  • Define, measure, and improve product KPIs such as adoption, rollout velocity, deployment success, stability, crash rates, and detection coverage.
  • Build and maintain relationships with platform vendors, MDM vendors, AV/EDR vendors, and the research community.
  • Represent Teramind in technical discussions about agent architecture and ecosystem compatibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • At least 3 years owning a technical platform, SDK, agent, or systems-level product.
  • Strong technical depth and the ability to reason about Windows architecture and macOS system extensions.
  • Experience shipping products in endpoint security, endpoint agents, OS-level tools, developer tools, systems software, or infrastructure products.
  • Experience with products such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, Tanium, or JumpCloud is directly relevant.
  • Comfort making security trade-offs around privacy, tamper protection, usability, and cloud versus on-device processing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across engineers, customers, executives, and security teams.
  • Strong written communication skills for PRDs, decision memos, release notes, and specs.
  • Engineering background in systems, kernel, driver, or low-level platform programming is a plus.
  • Direct experience with Windows Filter Drivers, Minifilters, or WFP is a plus.
  • Experience with macOS Endpoint Security framework or Network Extensions is a plus.
  • Exposure to MDM ecosystems such as Jamf, Intune, Workspace ONE, or Kandji is a plus.
  • Experience shipping to Linux endpoints, including eBPF, kernel modules, or userspace agents, is a plus.
  • Background in insider risk, DLP, or behavioral analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML at the edge or on-device inference is a plus.
  • Experience navigating EDR/AV coexistence and exclusion lists at scale is a plus.
