Description

  • Own the UX strategy for a platform serving 10,000+ organizations and multiple user personas.
  • Design end-to-end workflows for complex, multi-step product experiences.
  • Translate data-dense problem spaces into clear and actionable interfaces.
  • Coach and elevate other designers through critiques, pairing sessions, and shared frameworks.
  • Build and evolve reusable UI components and interaction patterns for the design system.
  • Run usability testing, discovery interviews, and internal dogfooding to validate design decisions.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to reduce cognitive load, time-to-insight, and unnecessary complexity.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure user experience principles are reflected across the product.
  • Contribute to design direction for the most complex product areas without direct people management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of UX design experience.
  • 3+ years designing for security, data-intensive, or technical B2B platforms, preferred.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating streamlined experiences for complex, data-heavy workflows.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching other designers.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, Midjourney, or similar in daily design work.
  • Familiarity with investigation tools, dashboards, rule or policy configuration, or workflow builders.
  • Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Strong systems thinking, information architecture, and component-based design skills.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience designing for expert users in cybersecurity, analytics, or enterprise SaaS, preferred.
