Description

  • Serve as the primary post-sale contact for enterprise customers, managing onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value realization.
  • Build and maintain strong, multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Drive product utilization by aligning product capabilities to customer goals, delivering training and enablement, and running strategic business reviews that demonstrate ROI.
  • Own renewals by monitoring customer health metrics, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Account Managers to expand accounts.
  • Advocate for customers internally by partnering with Product, Support, and Sales to resolve issues and influence product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across onboarding, support, and product initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B Customer Success with a proven track record in driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise customer profiles, Customer Success frameworks, lifecycle management, and subscription renewal processes.
  • Experience with HubSpot, ChurnZero or similar customer success platforms, and working with customer health metrics.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to navigate high-stakes conversations across all stakeholder levels.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and willing to dive deep into technical product details (cybersecurity experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to conduct strategic reviews and demonstrate product ROI to enterprise customers.
  • Willingness to participate in reference and background checks as part of the hiring process.
