Description

  • Independently lead projects of moderate to high complexity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and keep them informed of project progress.
  • Build effective partnerships with internal teams to move projects through all phases of development.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the client’s clinical study protocol.
  • Report on project health and profitability to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct end-user training.
  • Manage issue resolution for studies in maintenance, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis when needed.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a software project management role.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, or relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and learn quickly.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment preferred.
  • Prior experience delivering voice (IVR), web (IWR), and mobile (IMR) platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments with moderate supervision.

Benefits
