Description

  • Conduct site audits to ensure brand standards and operational requirements are met.
  • Track KPIs, evaluate profitability, overhead costs, and operational efficiency across assigned locations.
  • Coach franchisees on staffing, financial management, workflow optimization, and revenue growth.
  • Facilitate regular performance meetings, including Level 10 meetings, to review KPIs, priorities, issues, and solutions.
  • Analyze franchisee financial statements and provide guidance on annual budgeting, revenue goals, profit goals, and cost optimization.
  • Develop, standardize, and implement systemwide KPIs and standardized SOPs.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and action planning to resolve operational challenges and improve results.
  • Support local marketing plans and strengthen sales processes, including lead management, conversion, and customer engagement.
  • Create training materials, onboarding resources, and deliver group and one-on-one training sessions.
  • Conduct approximately 20 on-site visits annually and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in franchising operations, franchisee coaching, business consulting, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and stay composed under pressure.
