Description

  • Engage with assigned franchisees to understand their challenges, goals, and business needs.
  • Ensure franchisees follow company standards and policies, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
  • Conduct regular site visits to franchise locations to assess operations and provide feedback.
  • Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including special services and add-ons.
  • Provide customized solutions and guidance to help entrepreneurs achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse client base and build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Serve as a mentor and teacher while staying current on business concepts and trends.
  • Use productivity tools and technology to improve effectiveness in the role.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to contribute to a positive and productive environment.
  • Administer training modules to JAN-PRO Certified Business Owners and assist with account transfers and expansions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in business consulting, customer service, or a related role preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to apply concepts across industries and situations.
  • Comfort with technology and willingness to stay current on productivity tools.
  • Knowledge of MacBook and iPhone systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, preferred.
  • Experience using a CRM software preferred.
  • A passion for helping people and driving positive change.
  • A competitive spirit and drive to excel.
