Description

Own enterprise client implementations from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success
Run discovery sessions to understand client operations, hiring workflows, and project scope
Translate business requirements into actionable technical configurations and engineering tickets
Define and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and tracking documents
Coordinate Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams on priorities, progress, and blockers
Lead client communications, including status updates, expectation management, risks, and changes
Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans to prevent delays
Validate configurations through internal QA and guide clients through user acceptance testing
Lead go-live readiness activities and document implementation learnings for continuous improvement

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in project management, technical implementation, TPM, solutions, consulting, or similar roles
Ability to translate business needs into structured technical solutions
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Proactive problem-solving and risk-management capabilities
Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity
Technical curiosity and ability to understand systems, integrations, and workflows; coding experience is a plus
Upper-intermediate English; Portuguese is a plus
