Description

  • Own the end-to-end implementation of Emi for enterprise clients from kickoff to go-live.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical configurations.
  • Define and manage implementation timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth execution.
  • Lead client communication throughout the project, including alignment, clarity, and expectation management.
  • Identify implementation risks early and drive mitigation plans to avoid delays.
  • Validate configurations and lead QA and UAT processes to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Run discovery sessions to understand client processes and define scope of work.
  • Create and maintain implementation plans, timelines, and tracking documents.
  • Write structured configuration tickets for the engineering team and unblock engineers during implementation.
  • Conduct internal QA and support clients during User Acceptance Testing.
  • Lead go-live readiness and ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, technical implementations, or similar roles such as TPM, Solutions, Implementation, or Consulting.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into structured technical solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity.
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to understand systems, integrations, and workflows; coding is not required but is a plus.
  • Upper-intermediate English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
