Description

  • Configure each customer’s Emi platform solution using internal tools, aligned with business needs and project expectations.
  • Design candidate bot conversations by translating business requirements into logical rules and product definitions.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Tech, Product, and project teams to deliver implementations on schedule.
  • Lead functional QA strategies and customer UAT, iterating on results to ensure high-quality configurations.
  • Analyze implementation results and user feedback to identify and present improvement opportunities.
  • Improve implementation processes, quality standards, and KPI measurement to support scalable delivery.
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance internal tools and bot capabilities.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, people-driven company culture.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of work experience.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach.
  • Basic technical knowledge of JSON structures and programming logic.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English and Spanish, with clear and simple communication across stakeholders.
  • Proactive, curious, action-oriented, and adaptable to changing, high-growth environments.
  • Basic Python programming skills, SQL knowledge, or expertise with analytics tools such as Tableau or Metabase (preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills (preferred).
  • Scrum, Agile, or project management certification, or a background in linguistics or AI (preferred).
