Description

  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and manage personal time effectively within a distributed team.
  • Communicate clearly and asynchronously with teammates across the organization.
  • Focus on delivering features and outcomes through to production.
  • Apply a product-oriented mindset to software development decisions.
  • Work with legacy systems and maintain existing codebases.
  • Develop and support the airline ticket sales service domain.
  • Collaborate through code reviews and ongoing team communication.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of commercial Golang development experience.
  • Experience with modern versions of Go and idiomatic Go practices, including up-to-date linters.
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL and other relational databases, including large-scale databases with multiple TB of data.
  • Understanding of SQL query optimization techniques.
  • Practical experience with message queues and brokers, including building producers and consumers.
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests.
  • Participation in code reviews.
  • Strong understanding of API design principles and hands-on experience integrating with external systems.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher with confident conversational skills.
  • Preferred: experience with modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, OpenCode, Codex CLI, or Codex App.
  • Preferred: experience with Swagger and OpenAPI.
  • Preferred: experience with Docker and Kubernetes and understanding of deployment workflows.
  • Preferred: experience building observability solutions, including logging, metrics, and tracing.
