Description

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, email, and approved channels to generate interest and book qualified sales conversations.
  • Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline through consistent prospecting, disciplined follow-ups, and pipeline management.
  • Qualify prospects, present ELVTR’s high-ticket educational offerings, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Accurately log all outreach activities, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Monitor personal sales metrics, track performance, and continuously work toward exceeding targets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to align outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting.
  • Share market and customer feedback from outbound conversations to help improve messaging, targeting, and product positioning.
  • Manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to sustain consistent outbound activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or prospecting—ideally in a high-ticket or consultative sales environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and modern online communication platforms.
  • Ability to understand and discuss complex educational products with a well-educated audience.
  • Proven time-management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Remote readiness with reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a professional phone/headset.
  • Results-driven, organized, persistent, and able to collaborate across marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams.
  • This is a full-time, remote contract position (availability for full-time remote work required).
