Description

  • Create landing pages, informational articles, comparison pieces, listicles, and other content for assigned clients.
  • Use Ellipsis’s AI tooling and research to produce high-quality, strategically effective content.
  • Ensure content builds reader trust, reflects each client’s brand voice, and performs in AI and traditional search.
  • Research clients’ products, audiences, goals, and unfamiliar SaaS or technology topics.
  • Gather information through onboarding calls, check-ins, and asynchronous communication.
  • Collaborate with Content, Strategy, Design, and Writing teams.
  • Fact-check content and validate claims against reliable primary sources.
  • Provide feedback on writing processes and tooling and help drive improvements.
  • Manage multiple clients, topics, styles, deadlines, and project requirements.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of writing and editing experience.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills.
  • Ability to fact-check statistics, pricing, and claims against primary sources.
  • Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar B2B, SaaS, and technology topics.
  • Working understanding of GEO is preferred, with strong interest and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong critical thinking and independent editorial judgment.
  • Proven organization, deadline management, and task-tracking skills.
  • Clear, frequent written communication in a remote environment.
  • Receptiveness to feedback, low ego, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
