Description

  • Produce creative assets across newsletters, social content, campaign materials, brand documents, landing pages, one-pagers, and pitch decks.
  • Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into finished, on-brand deliverables.
  • Use Claude and similar LLMs to speed up research, drafting, and iteration while applying editorial judgment to improve the final output.
  • Build and deploy lightweight web assets using Lovable or comparable no-code tools when needed.
  • Manage multiple client projects at once while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Communicate proactively when clarification is needed and flag issues before work ships.

Requirements

  • A portfolio of real shipped creative work, not concepts or mockups.
  • Hands-on fluency with Claude or comparable AI tools, with clear evidence of how they are used in workflow.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe, or equivalent design tools.
  • Strong written English, including the ability to write compelling headlines and clean paragraphs.
  • Ability to receive a brief and return a first draft within 24 hours.
  • Remote availability with at least 10am–4pm ET overlap during US business hours.
  • Experience working across multiple client brands simultaneously is a strong plus, with agency background preferred.
  • Familiarity with brand systems and the ability to work within them without flattening them is a strong plus.
  • Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy is a strong plus.
  • Portfolio cannot be primarily AI-generated without clear editorial contribution.
