Description

  • Conduct deep-dive research to identify potential property leads and growth opportunities.
  • Perform regular data analysis on local market trends and property valuations to inform sales strategy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, property details, and sales notes.
  • Prepare comprehensive research packets for lead agents and support high-level meetings.
  • Identify and qualify prospects through proactive research to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare, manage, and track real estate contracts and ensure contract timelines and deadlines are met.
  • Handle utility transfers for listings and turnovers (turning services on and off).
  • Act as primary point of contact for residential property inquiries, coordinate showings, distribute lockbox codes, and manage application distribution.
  • Conduct tenant reference checks and screen applicants to help place high-quality tenants.
  • Filter maintenance requests and route them to appropriate handymen or contractors; coordinate property-related maintenance tasks.
  • Provide executive assistant support to keep daily operations organized and support client-facing needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.
  • Real estate industry experience preferred, with specific preference for property management or contract coordination experience.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, productivity tools, and online platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform market research and data analysis.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) with a neutral accent.
  • Highly professional, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of tasks; solution-oriented and detail-focused.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills and the ability to handle a high volume of coordination tasks calmly.
  • Catholic faith highly preferred.
  • Availability to work part-time (20 hours/week) Monday–Friday within Central Standard Time business hours (to be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM).
  • Willingness and ability to record a Loom video as part of the application process and present clearly on camera.

Benefits

  • Part-time, fully remote role (20 hours per week).
  • Compensation: $8–$10 per hour.
  • Work directly with the client and handle client-related matters independently.
  • All payments for services are processed directly by the client (payroll not handled by Elevate and Delegate).
  • Vacation leaves and holiday decisions are made at the discretion of the client (align schedule with client needs).
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 20 hours to be worked between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Standard Time.
