Description

  • Manage assigned client paid media accounts and serve as the main point of contact.
  • Lead strategic planning, performance analysis, testing, and reporting for paid campaigns.
  • Identify and implement paid media tactics across search, display, remarketing, social, and video ads.
  • Monitor marketing performance and present monthly recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and meet with them virtually.
  • Support the New Business and Strategy teams with sales, organic growth, and client retention.
  • Delegate tasks to Paid Media Coordinators and Assistants when appropriate.
  • Pull, analyze, organize, and interpret campaign data.
  • Coordinate communication between internal product teams and external clients.
  • Research marketing trends and apply best practices to client accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of paid media experience.
  • 5+ years of customer service or consulting experience.
  • Google Ads Certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or another related field.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong conceptual and written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and vocabulary.
  • Presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of Google and Bing.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, plus basic understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
