Description

  • Build responsive, conversion-focused landing pages and A/B test variants from Figma files and scoped briefs.
  • Make Shopify theme updates, including Liquid template edits, custom sections, and product page and checkout enhancements across three brands.
  • Implement, verify, and QA tracking for GA4 events, GTM tags, and Meta/TikTok pixels.
  • Maintain and extend the shared component and section library.
  • Keep build documentation current and organized.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to work efficiently while being able to explain shipped code.
  • Communicate daily through written standups, blocker escalation, and clear cross-time-zone documentation.
  • Work directly with the marketing and CRO team to review performance data and iterate on builds.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on web development experience with a portfolio of responsive pages personally built.
  • Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, with the ability to build by hand rather than relying only on drag-and-drop tools.
  • Shopify or Liquid experience; deeper expertise is a plus.
  • Understanding of tracking concepts such as pixels and events.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or similar.
  • Bonus experience with Webflow, Google Tag Manager, or conversion-focused eCommerce work.
  • Ability to work 9am–6pm PST with reliable internet and a suitable workspace.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset focused on understanding why pages convert.
  • Must be based in Latin America.
