Description

  • Participate in the design and development of requirements for the CONFORM™ product line and its components.
  • Work with product leadership, product owners, software engineers, business analysis, and quality teams on daily product activities.
  • Ensure product functions align with CR&D business flows and applicable industry regulations.
  • Support product demonstrations, customer meetings, and participation in industry forums.
  • Consult with managers and business users to define the role of CONFORM modules in clinical studies.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to develop business solutions and improve service quality.
  • Research clinical analytics techniques and evaluate technologies that can improve CONFORM efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Help implement business intelligence tools by defining KPIs, reports, and dashboards to reduce operational cost.
  • Integrate the CONFORM platform with other software under senior technical guidance, considering data and security requirements.
  • Assist with automation, system testing, UAT, quality procedures, documentation, end-user guidance, and training materials.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical clinical business and clinical information technology.
  • Knowledge of CR&D processes and methods.
  • Experience as a business user and/or clinical business technologist across clinical processes and applications such as data collection, trial management, data standardization, data transformation, data warehousing, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of clinical systems and vendors commonly used in the industry.
  • Understanding of quality and information privacy requirements applicable to clinical systems.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business, biology, life sciences, or a relevant field.
  • Some travel required, approximately 5%, including possible weekend travel.
  • Preferred: familiarity with clinical data standards.
  • Preferred: experience with cloud computing, AI/ML algorithms, and SDLC/software product development.
  • Preferred: ability to write analytical and database programs in SQL, Python, SAS, or similar tools.
  • Preferred: strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
