Description

  • Support internal clinical data management initiatives and project delivery efforts.
  • Perform traditional clinical data management activities, including database audits, coding, SAE reconciliation, data cleaning, and database locking/unlocking.
  • Write design specifications for system components such as forms and reports.
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and testing of systems that support project infrastructure.
  • Work with Clinical Data Specialists to execute clinical data management plans.
  • Collaborate with clients and sponsors to deliver contracted clinical data management services.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies, including use acceptance testing for new software.
  • Assist with data transfers, loading, and integration activities.
  • Complete required documentation according to EDETEK and project requirements.
  • Classify clinical events and code data using selected coding dictionaries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.
  • A degree in a scientific, medical, or technological discipline is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of clinical trial or clinical data management experience, or similar industry experience/training, is required.
  • Prior responsibility for the full data management life cycle is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of EDC studies and SAS is required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English in person, by phone, and in writing.
  • Ability to lead functional meetings and work collaboratively across diverse organizational structures.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure or changing environment.
  • Advanced computer skills with practical knowledge of MS Office and potentially project management software.
