Description

  • Lead elluminate implementation projects through the full project lifecycle using PMI-compliant and eCS-required methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple software implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining documentation, mitigating risk, and prioritizing client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to support seamless elluminate integration, system adoption, and end-user utilization.
  • Develop roadmaps and timelines for technical services such as solution integration, custom reporting, data mapping, and Clinical Data Repository work.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and manage client expectations and approvals for scoped deliverables.
  • Balance and reconcile project budgets and drive work toward on-time, on-budget, within-scope completion.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project communications and issue escalation.
  • Realign resources proactively in response to scope changes and other project risks.
  • Foster positive, long-term client relationships and drive elluminate utilization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a health sciences or analytical discipline.
  • 2+ years of systems/software project management experience in a clinical, biomedical, or software environment.
  • Clinical data management experience preferred.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing client demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner across all organizational levels.
  • Commitment to operational standards, PMI methodologies, and best practices with a focus on process efficiency and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Teams.
  • Experience managing client projects focused on technical deployments, system implementations, and/or data management and reporting.
  • Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical trials methodology, CRO partnerships, and EDC systems such as Medidata Rave.
