Description

  • Lead strategic client engagements from discovery through solution development and transition to delivery.
  • Advise private equity firms, operating partners, investment teams, and portfolio company executives on technology strategy and risks.
  • Support technology due diligence, acquisitions, integrations, carve-outs, separations, and post-acquisition transformation.
  • Evaluate infrastructure, cybersecurity, scalability, operational readiness, and technology investment requirements.
  • Develop managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital transformation solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Build value-focused business cases addressing efficiency, risk reduction, scalability, and EBITDA improvement.
  • Lead proposals, RFP responses, executive presentations, finalist presentations, and strategic pursuits.
  • Develop relationships and thought leadership within the private equity ecosystem through events, content, and industry engagement.
  • Create reusable due diligence frameworks, assessment methodologies, service catalogs, playbooks, pricing models, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and contribute to the growth of DYOPATH’s Private Equity & M&A Practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, finance, marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of client-facing experience in technology consulting, managed services, cybersecurity, IT outsourcing, digital transformation, solutions architecture, presales, strategic sales, or related fields.
  • Experience leading complex pursuits, executive presentations, and strategic client engagements.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technology investments and technical solutions into business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of managed services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, infrastructure, and technology operations.
  • Business and financial acumen involving ROI, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and value creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives and influence technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Private equity, portfolio company, technology due diligence, M&A integration, carve-out, or separation experience preferred.
  • Experience in an MSP, MSSP, consulting, technology advisory, or IT services organization and relevant ITIL, cloud, cybersecurity, or project management certifications preferred.

  • $120,000–$130,000 USD salary range.
  • Eligible for sales commission.
