Description

  • Manage daily Protective Security Officer (PSO) reporting and monitor the PSO inbox.
  • Review, distribute, grade, and track PSO Basic Training Examinations and scores.
  • Support on-site and webinar training for inspectors, PSOOs, CORs, and other personnel.
  • Update and maintain national directives, FPS policies, and related policy documents.
  • Develop, sustain, and update the SharePoint site and manage user access.
  • Prepare reports, flowcharts, slide decks, memorandums, and presentation materials for meetings and briefings.
  • Support monthly and quarterly team briefings for FPS leadership and field operations leaders.
  • Assist the Compliance Program Manager with LEIMS updates and post-inspection/post-visit resolutions.
  • Develop, revise, and edit training materials and regularly scheduled status reports.
  • Coordinate across branches and divisions, gather required information, and complete special projects and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project or program management or related work.
  • At least 5 of those 8 years must be in analytical and support activities related to the task area.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to conduct detailed research and analyze technical data.
  • Ability to read and interpret management policy, regulations, and directives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 or higher, including Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Teams, D2D, UPS CampusShip, ERETA, and other relevant software applications.
  • Experience managing emails, coordinating with stakeholders, and monitoring administrative support systems.
  • Experience organizing and attending meetings and project coordination meetings.
  • Experience updating, verifying, and maintaining account and service listings such as UPS CampusShip accounts.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability determination and HSPD-12 PIV card.
