Description

  • Develop Dutchie’s mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android.
  • Partner with Product and Design to design, develop, ship, and iterate on customer-facing mobile features.
  • Contribute throughout the product lifecycle from discovery through deployment.
  • Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency.
  • Improve code quality, developer experience, and customer outcomes through ongoing platform enhancements.
  • Stay current with modern mobile technologies and best practices.
  • Help shape the future of Dutchie’s mobile platform as a technical leader within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience, including mobile development.
  • Experience building cross-platform mobile applications, preferably with Flutter and Dart.
  • Strong understanding of mobile application architecture.
  • Experience with performance optimization and general software best practices.
  • Ability to write clean, tested, organized, and elegant code.
  • Self-starter who can drive projects from start to finish with relevant stakeholders.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where code is shipped often.
  • Experience in e-commerce, cannabis, or regulatory industries is a plus.
  • Experience working in a distributed team or remote environment is a plus.

Benefits

  • Starting salary of $149,000 to $201,000.
