Description

  • Complete real-time updates and maintain the work order management system.
  • Support daily operations and help drive monthly goal attainment.
  • Handle inbound dispatch calls through the Five9 phone system.
  • Resolve issues, escalate when needed, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Create and assign work orders to technician offices.
  • Maintain accurate records in SARA Plus, Web Tracker, Salesforce, and Zendesk.
  • Assist technicians during installations and approve custom fees.
  • Review work orders and facilitate proper close-out procedures.
  • Process inventory requests from technician offices.
  • Provide order status updates and coordinate communication with internal departments, customers, and technician offices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the satellite or telecom industry.
  • Experience dispatching or routing technicians nationwide preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable creating professional correspondence and working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with U.S. geographic regions and route planning using Google Maps.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with SARA Plus, Web Tracker, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Five9 preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
  • English or bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, wear a headset, and use multiple computer systems.
