Description

  • Design immersive training simulations using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Build training scenarios that reflect real call flows, tools, customer issues, and high-stakes conversations.
  • Collaborate with training teams, operations, and subject matter experts to identify and close performance gaps.
  • Use feedback and performance data to refine training content and improve results.
  • Support the rollout of new training content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Assist and support users as needed during LMS-based training deployment.
  • Develop learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and performance-driven.
  • Work independently while contributing to a team focused on creativity, speed, and clarity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in instructional design or call center training.
  • Spanish/English bilingual ability is a strong plus.
  • Experience with simulation authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate.
  • Comfortable working with LMS platforms; SCORM/xAPI experience is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex processes clearly and simply.
  • Ability to travel 30–50% and work independently.
  • Experience using feedback and data to improve training content (implied requirement).
