Description

  • Develop training materials for AT&T wireless products, services, and processes.
  • Deliver sales training presentations and courses to retail sales reps and support agents.
  • Design clear, engaging, and well-formatted courses aligned with organizational goals and partner requests.
  • Select appropriate training delivery methods, including online and in-person sessions.
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions.
  • Explain complex offers, products, services, and order entry processes in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Adapt training content to fast-changing products, offers, and business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, from entry-level staff to executives.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, detail, and language precision in content creation.
  • Support training setup and troubleshooting for audio/visual and web conferencing tools.

Requirements

  • Wireless and fiber broadband internet knowledge, with AT&T experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of presentation and training curriculum development experience in wireless, high-speed internet, and/or consumer electronics sales.
  • Strong writing and speaking skills for retail sales audiences.
  • Ability to learn quickly and become an expert on changing products, services, and processes.
  • Confidence handling ever-changing offers and complex order entry systems.
  • Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with web conferencing tools such as Zoom or Teams.
  • A/V setup and troubleshooting skills, including projector, TV, and audio systems.
  • Preferred experience with cloud-based content storage, organization, and file sharing.
  • Preferred familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, LMS platforms, and audio/video editing software.
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Communications, English, Theater/Performance Arts, Business, or Marketing.
  • Neat, professional appearance and outgoing demeanor.
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, dependable vehicle, and good driving record.
  • Availability for multi-day overnight travel approximately 1-3 times per quarter.
  • Valid passport.
  • Ability to cover non-airfare travel expenses upfront prior to reimbursement.
