Description

  • Lead platform demonstrations for industry scientists and investors, showcasing Drug Hunter’s drug discovery intelligence capabilities.
  • Educate members through onboarding, workshops, and best-practice guidance to accelerate time-to-value and ongoing platform engagement.
  • Design and deliver scientific presentations based on Drug Hunter content and industry knowledge.
  • Contribute to video and audio content for educational and marketing purposes.
  • Collaborate on the Drug Hunter Drug Discovery Course and deliver course presentations with the project lead.
  • Provide monthly data analysis articles based on proprietary Drug Hunter data.
  • Write, edit, and review weekly educational articles on trends, breakthroughs, and developments in drug discovery.
  • Host “How to Use Drug Hunter” events and Flash Talks, including follow-up educational materials.
  • Represent and help organize industry mixers, dinners, workshops, symposia, and other networking events.
  • Review sales enablement materials and support cross-functional sharing of materials with prospects and members.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in chemistry, pharmacology, biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with a focus on drug discovery.
  • Project leadership experience is preferred.
  • Frequent travel is required.
  • Comfort presenting live, handling skeptical Q&A, and representing the brand externally.
  • Strong scientific speaking, writing, editing, and data synthesis skills.
  • Ability to independently research and distill complex scientific topics for a professional audience.
  • Comfortable using social media, software, databases, literature search tools, and new technologies/platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Drug Hunter’s platform and tools is preferred.
  • Established network within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries is preferred.
  • Experience with scientific content creation and data analysis is preferred.
