Description

  • Define and evangelize the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DocSend.
  • Balance foundational improvements with feature delivery to maximize user value.
  • Become an expert on customer needs across each segment through primary research and data insights.
  • Own complex, multi-quarter initiatives end-to-end, including product specs, success metrics, and cross-business execution.
  • Drive business results by identifying problems, developing solutions, and estimating impact.
  • Navigate execution challenges by making tradeoffs, anticipating staffing needs and risks, and maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
  • Communicate clearly with leadership and align teams around strategic rationale and execution plans.
  • Share insights and learnings across the organization to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated engineering squad and cross-functional partners to build new features.
  • Identify new customer segments and help build the product and go-to-market capabilities needed to reach them.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping high-quality, user-facing products.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Applied Math, Statistics, or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex user workflows into simple, delightful, and intuitive user experiences.
  • Proven success defining and driving multi-quarter product initiatives that deliver business impact.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to connect product features with business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in highly collaborative environments and operate effectively amid ambiguity.
  • Experience owning a B2B SaaS product end-to-end (preferred).
  • Experience influencing without authority, and mentoring PMs or serving as a cultural leader in a high-performing product organization (preferred).
  • Strong data analytics skills to independently query data, analyze it, and generate insights to inform product direction (preferred).
