Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global customers during product implementation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver implementation projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Develop, track, and report on customer success metrics and use data to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other executives on strategic initiatives that improve customer experience and support business goals.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, including regular project updates and issue resolution.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the implementation workflow to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful customer outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration across sales, engineering, and support teams to align on customer objectives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in program management or project management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
