Description

  • Master Drivetrain’s USP and thoroughly understand the competitor landscape.
  • Design and build scalable lead-generation systems, processes, and procedures to form the outbound sales engine.
  • Identify, test, and prioritize lead generation channels in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Adopt and implement global best practices for an outbound sales development function.
  • Work with founders to set targets, milestones, and objectives and track progress against them.
  • Engage and business-partner with customers at the C-suite level (CFO, CRO) and founders.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Contribute as an early team member to shaping company culture, practices, and the product.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven overachievement in outbound sales and experience building or being part of a growing sales team.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong executive presence for frequent interaction with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset.
  • Aspirational, self-driven, and proactive work approach.
  • Front-row exposure to sales strategy, sales process/system design, and team-building operations.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-growing startup environment.
