Description

  • Lead post-product development marketing efforts for the product.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by addressing questions about the product and defining target customers.
  • Drive in-app product adoption, usage, stickiness, and customer loyalty.
  • Create sales and customer enablement content and assets, including decks, documentation, videos, blog posts, tours, case studies, website copy, and battle cards.
  • Educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits in collaboration with the product team.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and identify product differentiators.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to improve sales velocity and win rates.
  • Develop key messaging, value propositions, and pricing models.
  • Speak and present internally and externally to promote the product story.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Experience managing a global paid advertising program.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset.
  • Aspirational, self-driven, and proactive attitude.
