Description

  • Design and produce training materials such as short-form instructional videos, one-pagers, quick-start guides, and onboarding resources.
  • Create clear, engaging, and instructionally sound content that educators can use without live facilitation.
  • Establish templates and standards for scalable, consistent training content.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and reduce the support burden.
  • Iterate training materials based on educator feedback and implementation data.
  • Build and maintain a scalable library of training resources that supports growth across partners.
  • Serve as a resource for customers during implementation and throughout the customer journey as needed.
  • Translate customer needs and implementation challenges into improved training materials.
  • Collaborate with Partner Success and Product teams to identify gaps in educator support.
  • Apply instructional design best practices to support adult learners and align materials to real classroom contexts.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in instructional design, educator enablement, or curriculum development.
  • Track record of building scalable training solutions in complex environments.
  • Experience designing and delivering educator-facing materials across K–12 and/or higher education, with demonstrated adoption and effectiveness.
  • Exceptional content development skills across video, written, and visual formats.
  • Ability to translate complex products or systems into intuitive, actionable guidance for independent use at scale.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as Canvas.
  • Experience designing content for seamless integration into educator workflows.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Preferred experience in customer education, onboarding, or implementation support.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG.
  • Experience working in edtech or product-driven environments.
  • Basic video editing and content production skills.
