Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers and drive customer success and product adoption.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Doxel’s products and technology capabilities.
  • Guide customers through technology adoption and share best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders.
  • Document feature requests, validate minor bugs, and escalate technical issues to engineering leads.
  • Gather customer feedback, identify trends, pain points, and areas of friction.
  • Create FAQs and best-practice resources to help customers use the platform consistently.
  • Escalate and triage high-priority customer situations.
  • Foster universal adoption of the Doxel platform across field teams and leadership.
  • Conduct site visits, trainings, and discovery sessions with customer field teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry as a project engineer, project manager, scheduler, superintendent, or in project controls.
  • Knowledge of processes and procedures followed by general contractors.
  • Comfort with modern technology for managing and communicating with customers.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable with strong personal initiative.
  • High aptitude and willingness to continually learn new technologies.
  • Experience operating in ambiguity and handling multiple responsibilities day to day.
  • Willingness to support solutions regardless of where the challenge originates.
  • Ability to travel weekly, up to 50%, to jobsites.
  • Remote-based near Dallas or Austin, TX.
  • Experience engaging with both field teams and executive stakeholders (preferred).
