Description

  • Triage customer support issues and assess urgency to assign the right priority.
  • Use internal and external tools to complete standard operating procedures.
  • Proactively contact customers, merchants, and Dashers by phone, text, or chat to resolve moderately complex issues.
  • Create documentation and trackers to support experiments and new initiatives that improve quality.
  • Support new operational processes and pilot programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process optimization opportunities.
  • Work within different DoorDash for Business teams and departments to improve support operations.
  • Monitor emerging support operations and help incubate new initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or account management.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, environments, and challenges.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to resolve situations where established procedures are insufficient or unavailable.
  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Comfort working in situations with varying levels of ambiguity.
