Description

  • Define and execute DoorDash’s strategy for reducing Dasher fraud.
  • Analyze fraud vectors across the platform to identify bad actors and improve the user experience.
  • Investigate fraud cases and develop long-term solutions to reduce fraud.
  • Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to set goals and build strategic programs.
  • Use experimentation and data-driven decision-making to test fraud-reduction approaches while supporting growth.
  • Drive collaboration across the company to align stakeholders and deliver business impact.
  • Become a point person for understanding Dasher behavior that may indicate fraud.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or related fields; high-growth experience preferred.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
  • Experience contributing to large projects, meeting goals, and succeeding in team settings.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Expertise in Excel, including maintaining complex spreadsheets.
  • Ability to communicate multiple perspectives clearly and drive understanding and alignment.
