Description

  • Support Project DASH partners by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the logistics platform.
  • Manage relationships with Project DASH partners and serve as a trusted point of contact.
  • Train and onboard new partners so they can successfully use the platform.
  • Respond to partner issues promptly and with empathy.
  • Work closely with the Partner Support Specialist to deliver strong partner support.
  • Use internal tools to maintain operational excellence and set partners up for success.
  • Analyze complex partner issues using data and escalate to cross-functional teams when needed.
  • Collaborate independently and with cross-functional partners to solve problems and improve processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, partner management, program management, consulting, strategy, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Passion for DoorDash’s mission to broaden food access; nonprofit sector experience is not required but is a plus.
  • Strong, empathetic communication skills for building trust with partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to use SQL to analyze data and inform decisions.
  • Structured problem-solving skills and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn and improve processes.
