Description

  • Triag e customer support issues to assess urgency and assign priority.
  • Use internal and external tools to complete standard operating procedure requirements.
  • Proactively contact customers, merchants, and dashers by phone, text, or chat to resolve moderately complex issues.
  • Create process documentation to support experiments and initiatives that improve quality.
  • Support new operational processes and pilots.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Work across DoorDash for Business teams to improve support operations and minimize disruption to clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or account management.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, environments, and challenges.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to resolve situations when established procedures are insufficient or unavailable.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Comfort working in situations with varying levels of ambiguity.
  • Experience using internal and external tools to follow operational procedures is preferred.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments is preferred.
