Description

  • Triage customer support issues and determine urgency and prioritization.
  • Use internal and external tools to complete standard operating procedures.
  • Proactively contact customers, merchants, and dashers by phone, text, or chat to resolve moderately complex issues.
  • Create and maintain process documentation for experiments, initiatives, and quality tracking.
  • Support new operational processes and pilots.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Work across different departments within DoorDash for Business.
  • Support ongoing and upcoming support operations as the team evolves.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or account management.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple and varying tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, environments, and challenges.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and comfort resolving issues when established procedures are insufficient or unavailable.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Comfort working with varying levels of ambiguity.
  • Experience thinking creatively to solve problems and improve outcomes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
