Description

  • Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues before they arise to maintain seamless experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Triage customer support issues and assess urgency to assign prioritization.
  • Use internal and external tools to complete standard operating procedures.
  • Proactively contact Customers, Merchants, and Dashers by phone, text, or chat to resolve moderately complex issues.
  • Create documentation for processes that support experiments and initiatives that improve quality.
  • Support new operational processes and pilots.
  • Work across departments within DoorDash for Business to support ongoing operations and new initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or account management.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, environments, and challenges while maintaining focus and effectiveness.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to resolve situations when established procedures are insufficient or unavailable.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Comfort working in environments with varying levels of ambiguity.
  • Experience working cross-functionally is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate with customers through phone, text, or chat is preferred.
