Description

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and develop Account Executives across strategic US markets.
  • Manage team performance by assessing strengths and weaknesses and providing tailored coaching.
  • Drive sales performance for new and existing restaurant partners.
  • Support frontline sellers through deal assistance, input-quality standards, and sales coaching.
  • Align regional sales execution with broader business goals.
  • Build an inclusive, motivating, and high-performing team environment.
  • Help establish foundational sales processes and infrastructure for global scalability.
  • Travel to key markets for team organization and restaurant sales support as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support smooth transitions for new restaurant partners.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales leadership experience.
  • Experience in SaaS, SMB technology, or restaurant sales.
  • Track record of building and growing high-performing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated achievement and overperformance against strategic sales goals.
  • Experience working directly with restaurants and hospitality groups.
  • Ability to identify restaurant operational needs and gaps.
  • Strong empathy, communication, and people-leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, and general data analysis.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $151,440–$222,640 USD.
  • Total on-target earnings of $189,300–$278,300 USD, including commissions.
  • Equity grant opportunities and sales commission.
  • Remote work with travel to key markets as needed.
