Description

  • Consult with merchant executives to explain how DoorDash Commerce Platform fits into their business, team, and tech infrastructure.
  • Build trust with merchants and help guide them through complex decisions to grow first-party channel sales.
  • Drive measurable growth by prioritizing the highest-opportunity areas and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Operate at a detailed level to anticipate issues, ensure execution, and maintain operational excellence as the business scales.
  • Develop strategies to support and scale the Enterprise Digital Ordering business for both near-term and long-term success.
  • Build and own the infrastructure, processes, and roadmaps needed for business growth.
  • Lead 0 to 1 opportunities and own key outcomes for future growth vectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across Product, Engineering, Account Management, Analytics, Finance, and others.
  • Analyze complex datasets and qualitative inputs to generate insights, recommendations, and process improvements.
  • Create playbooks and templates to bring structure to ambiguous opportunities and align cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, growth, product, product ops, strategy/biz ops, or technical GTM roles.
  • Commerce experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment focused on outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with senior audiences internally and externally.
  • Ability to articulate complex details clearly and explain the key takeaway or business impact.
  • High EQ with the ability to read the room and build credibility with cross-functional and technical partners.
  • Strong growth mindset with the ability to distinguish signal from noise and optimize through feedback loops.
  • Strong ownership, detail orientation, and comfort working through ambiguity with minimal oversight.
  • Builder mentality with experience creating structure, process, and solutions from the ground up.
  • Willingness to learn new software tools and self-teach technical documentation as needed.
