Description

  • Triage customer support issues, assess urgency, and assign prioritization.
  • Use internal and external tools to complete standard operating procedures.
  • Proactively contact customers, merchants, and Dashers by phone, text, or chat to resolve moderately complex issues.
  • Create documentation and trackers to support experiments, initiatives, and process adherence.
  • Support new operational processes and pilots.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and cross-functional improvement.
  • Work with different departments across DoorDash for Business to address blockers and improve the customer experience.
  • Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Handle new and diverse operational challenges within an evolving support environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or account management.
  • Ability to prioritize varying tasks and manage competing needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, environments, and challenges.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to resolve situations where established procedures are insufficient or unavailable.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Comfort working in environments with varying levels of ambiguity.
  • Experience using internal and external tools to support operational workflows is preferred.
