Description

  • Drive growth and adoption of top-priority Commerce Platform projects.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key merchant partners to grow the business.
  • Build go-to-market strategy by assessing product-market fit, value proposition, pricing, and competitive landscape.
  • Partner cross-functionally to launch solutions and scale partnerships with enterprise merchants.
  • Design and run experiments to improve quality, operations, revenue, cost, and other business drivers.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to explain performance and inform decisions.
  • Improve merchant operations by identifying needs and designing solutions with internal teams.
  • Steer the product roadmap based on merchant feedback and operational analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams across Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Support, Sales, and Account Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, management consulting, business operations, business analytics, or a high-growth/early-stage startup environment.
  • Entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive product adoption.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to make recommendations in fast-changing, 0-to-1 environments.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and ability to build plans from scratch.
  • Ability to obtain cross-functional buy-in and drive execution toward strategic goals.
  • Experience leveraging AI in day-to-day work to move quickly and test hypotheses.
