Description

  • Own organic search and AI search as a revenue channel and drive paid plan purchases through SEO and GEO.
  • Develop and execute doola’s SEO and GEO strategy across blog content, landing pages, and AI discovery platforms.
  • Map LLM belief states for priority queries across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, and identify citation gaps versus competitors.
  • Build keyword and query maps that route searchers to the right product pages based on intent and stage of journey.
  • Create conversion-focused content strategies aligned to specific products and funnel stages.
  • Use digital PR, listicle placements, proprietary data, and thought leadership to close authority gaps and increase citations.
  • Manage external vendors and contractors for digital PR, link acquisition, content production, and technical SEO.
  • Lead technical SEO and on-page optimization in partnership with engineering, including site health audits and commercial page optimization.
  • Coordinate with paid media, CRO, and product teams to align organic and paid strategy and improve landing page conversion.
  • Report weekly leading indicators and monthly revenue contribution to marketing leadership in business terms.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, or organic growth roles, ideally in high-growth, performance-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated experience turning organic search into a revenue channel with measurable conversion or pipeline impact.
  • Proven experience scaling SEO programs, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, backlink acquisition, digital PR, listicle placements, and citation-building.
  • Strong familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and understanding of how LLMs surface, rank, and cite content.
  • Familiarity with AI search tracking tools such as Otterly.AI, Peec AI, LLMrefs, or Profound.
  • Experience working with content management systems such as Webflow, WordPress, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect organic growth metrics to revenue, conversions, and customer acquisition.
  • Experience with keyword research, content planning, and conversion-focused landing page strategies.
  • Ability to manage external agencies, freelancers, or contractors in SEO, content, or link-building initiatives.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with content, marketing, and product teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
