Description

  • Lead and develop Division 50’s full-cycle sales reps selling lead generation and marketing services.
  • Manage SDR pods handling cold-calling and appointment-setting for outsourced client accounts across multiple industries.
  • Set quotas, booked-meeting targets, and revenue goals for both the company pipeline and individual client accounts.
  • Build and refine sales playbooks, call frameworks, objection handling guides, and scripts for reps and SDRs.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline reviews, conversion-rate tracking, and weekly reporting across internal deals and client meeting volume.
  • Ramp new reps and SDRs quickly so they can sell unfamiliar client products and industries.
  • Run call reviews and 1:1 coaching to improve connect rates, qualification quality, and close rates.
  • Personally close complex strategic deals for Division 50’s own services.
  • Partner with delivery and account teams to ensure booked meetings and closed deals support client results and retention.

Requirements

  • Track record building and leading B2B sales teams in a player-coach capacity, with direct management of reps while still closing deals personally.
  • Experience selling or managing teams that sell lead generation services such as outbound SDR and appointment-setting.
  • Experience selling or managing teams that sell marketing services such as paid ads, SEO, and social media management.
  • Experience managing reps or SDR pods across multiple distinct client accounts, ideally in an agency or outsourced sales environment.
  • Proven history of scaling team performance and hitting revenue and booked-meeting targets.
  • Real US and/or UK market experience with an understanding of how buyers and reps operate in those markets.
  • Strong ability to build playbooks, forecasts, and coaching cadences from scratch.
  • Comfortable with a smaller base salary plus high uncapped commission.
  • Preferred: Experience standing up or scaling an outsourced or agency sales function from an early stage.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with dialers, CRMs, and sales-engagement tools, plus the ability to teach others to use them.
  • Preferred: Experience hiring and onboarding SDRs across multiple time zones.
  • Preferred: Exposure to both US and UK markets at once.
