Description

  • Resolve first-level incidents in software applications.
  • Assist users with access, authentication, and credential issues.
  • Configure user profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Analyze and document errors and escalate tickets when needed.
  • Provide support for web-based cloud applications and legacy desktop applications.
  • Interact with end customers and internal teams.
  • Support planned installations as part of the service workload.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in first-level technical support for software applications.
  • Basic knowledge of REST APIs and SQL.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Linux virtual machines, and web architecture.
  • Technical English level B2 is required.
  • Experience with cloud environments (NP Cloud) and desktop environments (NP Desktop).
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00 Spain time.
  • Remote work capability in a full-time role.
  • English B2 is non-negotiable.
