Description

  • Resolve incidents and provide technical support.
  • Collaborate with the team using Kanban methodology.
  • Organize, track, and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Support and mentor junior teammates.
  • Participate in end-to-end projects with a focus on backend development and business logic.
  • Contribute ideas and help improve team execution.
  • Work independently while coordinating with the wider team.

Requirements

  • Experience developing with Odoo.
  • Strong knowledge of Python.
  • Experience using GitHub.
  • Experience using Docker.
  • Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and with a self-directed mindset.
  • Fluent Spanish.
  • English is a plus but not required.
  • Experience may be under 4 years; strong talent and good project experience are valued.
  • Interest in working remotely and full-time on a Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00–18:00 Spain time.

Benefits
