Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of focused, high-value MVPs and automations across 2–3-week sprints.
  • Build a Trust Engagement Database using tools such as Notion, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms.
  • Develop Power Automate workflows and Copilot Agent assets, including prompt libraries, lightweight agent frameworks, SLA reminders, and Teams or email-based triggers.
  • Prototype LLM-assisted adverse event triage workflows for non-PHI use cases, including classification, summarization, routing, and retrieval from approved content sources.
  • Create reusable, well-documented solution components, including data models, deployment runbooks, and step-by-step user guides.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Operations, and Clinical teams to translate operational problems into practical tools.
  • Support structured demos and knowledge transfer at the end of each sprint cycle.
  • Contribute to the client's AI-driven digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering production-ready automations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, prompts, or agent frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Claude, or similar.
  • Strong data modeling experience using Notion, Excel, CSV, and Microsoft Graph.
  • Proven history of shipping MVPs on tight, sprint-based timelines.
  • Comfort working in a contract or consultancy capacity.
  • Availability for 6 to 8 weeks, with the potential to continue full-time afterward.
  • Background in pharma or healthcare, with familiarity with industry terminology, is a significant plus.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot or Microsoft Graph into existing workflows is preferred.
  • Knowledge of evaluation frameworks for classification and summarization tasks is preferred.
  • A portfolio of reusable internal tooling built for external clients is preferred.
  • Ability to work confidently and responsibly in non-PHI environments.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills under pressure.
  • Comfort thriving in dynamic, fast-moving settings.
