Description

Design and develop vision control systems, equipment, and programming.
Write, implement, and debug PLC software.
Provide support for existing vision equipment globally.
Work with multiple assembly plants and integrators.
Own projects from technical specification through startup support.
Develop contingency and disaster recovery plans.
Create training documentation.
Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations, including LOTO protocols.
Communicate and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

3 years of experience in a controls or vision engineering role.
Proficiency with RSLogix5000, Studio5000, and FactoryTalk View Studio.
Knowledge of Keyence and Cognex cameras.
C or C++ programming capability.
Knowledge of machine learning and AI capabilities.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Self-starter with a team-oriented, positive attitude.
Creative, results-oriented, and attentive to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to work long hours during installations when required.
Willingness to travel globally up to 30-50%.
