Description

  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers as their primary point of contact.
  • Proactively engage customers to understand goals, challenges, and solution needs.
  • Drive customer retention and satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
  • Gather customer feedback and share product improvement suggestions with the development team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support smooth product and service delivery.
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies that increase adoption and customer value.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, success KPIs, and customer outcomes, and report results to leadership.
  • Onboard new clients through product setup, training, and initial usage guidance.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins to assess progress and future goals.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and support customer lifecycle optimization.
  • Create customized reports, presentations, and performance insights for customers and leadership.
  • Lead customer training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to improve product knowledge and usage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer service roles.
  • Experience managing customer success programs, customer retention, and upselling strategies.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and usage trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Understanding of product management and its impact on customer experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term relationships and work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a customer-focused, proactive mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, customer success platforms, and analytics software.
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without restrictions or expirations.
