Description

  • Research guests, develop interview angles, gather community questions, and prepare guest dossiers.
  • Support recording setup, including framing, microphone checks, and multitrack audio synchronization.
  • Edit multi-camera podcast episodes, refining narrative flow, pacing, audio, colour, graphics, and sponsor integrations.
  • Create YouTube hooks, custom thumbnails, final masters, and quality assurance approvals.
  • Identify and produce vertical clips, Authority Reels, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Write YouTube metadata, chapters, promotional posts, newsletter copy, and 500–800-word SEO articles.
  • Schedule and publish content across podcast and social platforms, while monitoring audience interactions.
  • Produce monthly performance reports covering retention, click-through rates, views, and channel growth.
  • Communicate with clients, manage deliverables and administration, and ensure published assets meet quality and branding standards.

Requirements

  • Professional experience producing and personally editing long-form video or podcast content.
  • Strong multi-camera editing skills covering pacing, storytelling, audio post-production, colour correction or grading, graphics, and sponsor integration.
  • Portfolio demonstrating polished YouTube episodes, vertical social content, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage an episode from raw recording through publication with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or an equivalent professional editing platform.
  • Professional audio editing and mastering capabilities.
  • Experience with YouTube and Instagram publishing, optimization, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent thumbnail and social-graphics tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, editorial judgment, audience awareness, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Preferred: Experience with Podbean, Spotify for Creators, Apple Podcasts, LinkedIn, TikTok, SEO, keyword research, CMS platforms, newsletters, remote recording, and multitrack audio troubleshooting.
